Customer satisfaction is very important to us at myBibzy. You may return any unused and unwashed merchandise for a full refund if you are not satisfied. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the product. Please include a copy of your sales receipt. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. We highly recommend that you insure your package before shipping returned items.

Shipping and Delivery

myBibzy ships anywhere in the United States. For international orders, please email us at info@myBibzy.com.

Orders submitted after 3 pm, will be processed the next day. Orders submitted after 10 am on Saturdays, will be processed on Monday. Orders are shipped Mon-Sat. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday. An email will be sent to you once your order is received and another is sent when it is shipped.

We ship via USPS Ground Mail or USPS Express Mail.
We only ship to 1 address per order, so if you wish to ship to more than one address, please place separate orders. The flat rates are as follows:

USPS GROUND MAIL : $4.95
USPS Express Mail: $26.00
